Refund policy

Returns

I hope you love your order, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and, where possible, returned in its original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase.

To request a return, simply email me at tovaritar@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is approved, I'll let you know where to send it.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or if you've received the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible at tovaritar@gmail.com and I'll do my best to make things right.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, I can't accept returns on gift cards, sale items, or custom-made pieces.

Refunds

Once I've received and inspected your return, I'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If it has, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days before the money appears in your account.
