Thank you for supporting my small art shop! Each order is packed with care and prepared by me.

Processing times

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.

Please note that original artworks and made-to-order items may require additional processing time. If there is any delay with your order, I will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

Sweden: 1–5 business days
Europe: 3–10 business days
Rest of the world: 5–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs, and other circumstances outside of my control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Tracking

When available, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of my control. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact me at tovaritar@gmail.com and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.
